If kuva could've been obtained at similar rate before (eg. ~2k per siphon but random spawns), people wouldn't have complained near as much about the RNG. I can confirm that it's not spawning clouds in group play either. I'm with a friend, and twice in a row, the Kuva Siphon has just sat there, floating, until eventually the room stopped being red, not one cloud of Kuva spawned.
